Human life span can be divided into three ages. – Study Age, Work ( Professional) Age & Retirement Age . Preparation in Study age is important to enter a profession of one’ s choice and excellence in work age makes life enjoyable and comfortable . The benefits of work age help people to have a smooth retirement life. So, life’s journey starts from our study age, and if not taken care of properly can damage both work age and the retirement age.
Few years before a corporate HR head who was on recruitment drive in a premier educational institute in India commented – “ Students here are educated , but not employable “. He was indicating towards those additional qualities in students- Soft Skills- along with their educational qualifications, which are now essential to make them job fit . And at “ Talent Sigma “ we sensitize our students to be aware about and acquire all those skills to be employable . And so far we have helped 156 students to be placed in corporate of their choice and proud to help 22 students to be Probtionary officers in Banking & Insurance. Still many have got them placed in state government jobs.
Getting a job is not the end. It is only the beginning of a long professional career. After conducting more than 860 corporate training programmes (1800 man days & 10800 training hours) in India and abroad, and having the privilege to interact with more than 22,000 employees in around 25 organisations, I saw many talented employees have spoiled their career for not mastering a skill called “ Interpersonal Skills “. Talent Sigma has been involved with both PSUs and Private sector organisations to guide their employees to master those interpersonal skills and remain performing in their respective organizations.
We started this august organization as a Pvt. Ltd. Co. in the year 2012. We are passionate in providing coaching to students to enter their chosen professional career and have sensitized employees of various organization to remain performing assets in their respective organizations. We are proud to be a part of those endeavors to give shape to the dreams of students and keeping employees passionate to excel in their professional careers.
This is just the beginning. We are sure of guiding many more people to make their entire life comfortable.
